How can you demonstrate progress as your team transitions to new ways of working?

šŸ’” Concept

What gets measured gets done. Committing to new ways of working, such as implementing a remote-first approach or adopting more asynchronous communication, requires setting clear goals and establishing accountability in order to make these changes.

šŸŽ¬ Take Action

Choose one or two objectives and adapt them to your organizationā€™s needs, including changing the term ā€œremoteā€ or ā€œhybridā€ if necessary to match the term used in your company.

Then, pick up to five key results, adjust the terminology as needed, and determine the exact measurable goals you would like to achieve. The numbers and percentages listed are examples.

Once your team has aligned on the objective(s) and corresponding results, document the OKRs using the tool that you use to track other goals.
